Number of Movements: 24 Pattern Diagram:

Step-by-Step Description of Movements:
The pattern begins when the instructor commands the student to come to attention (cha-ryeot). When given this command, assume an Attention Stance on the X on the AB line, facing D. This
is followed by the instructor stating the pattern that the student will perform (Se-Jong teul).
On the command to assume the ready position (jun-bi), move the left foot to B to form a Close Ready Stance type B toward D. Remain in this close ready stance type B toward
D until given the command to begin the pattern.
When the command to begin the pattern is given (si-jak), perform the following individual movements in sequence. The pattern should be
performed according to the Guidelines listed in General Choi Hong Hi's Encyclopedia of Taekwon-Do, and presented in the section on
essential points
in performing patterns.

form a left walking stance toward B, while executing (half facing)
a low block to B with the left outer forearm. 2. Bring the ball of the left foot to the side of the right foot, then move
the right foot to A to form a left L-stance
toward A, while executing (half facing) a twin forearm block.
