Korean Pronunciation: Yu-Sin teul Pattern History: Yu-Sin [庾信] is named
after General Kim Yu-sin, a commanding general during the Silla Dynasty. The 68 movements refer to the last two figures
of 668 A.D., the year Korea was united. The ready posture signifies a sword drawn on the right rather than left side,
symbolizing Yu-Sin’s mistake of following his King's orders to fight with foreign forces against his own nation.
Number of Movements: 68 Pattern Diagram:

Step-by-Step Description of Movements:
The pattern
begins when the instructor commands the student to come to attention (cha-ryeot). When given this command, assume an Attention Stance on the X on the AB line, facing D. This is followed by the instructor stating the pattern that the student will
perform (Yu-Sin teul).
On the command to assume the ready position (jun-bi), move the left foot to B to form a Warrior Ready Stance type B toward D. Remain in this warrior ready stance type B toward D until given the command to begin the pattern.
When the command to begin the pattern is given (si-jak), perform the following individual movements in sequence. The pattern should be
