The Bowing Posture is performed from an Attention Stance, formed with the heels together and the feet forming a 45 degree angle between
them. The weight is distributed evenly on both feet with the legs straight. Arms are dropped naturally at the sides, with the elbows partially bent and the fists
slightly clenched. This stance is only performed full facing. During the
bow, the body bends 15 degrees forward while keeping the eyes on the opponent's eyes.
